Earth Hour tonight 8:30 - 9:30 we had a candlelight dinner and wine.... yes, romantic and fun. But the first thing Tom said: 'I can't See!!'   He's so funny... and lovable. It's now 10:30 and no electric lights on... just candles. So cool. Try it - I dare ya - just one night a week. You will appreciate all that you have, so much more. We are blessed in many ways, and sometimes forget those blessings. Count them. Go ahead... count your blessings, I dare ya... well, most likely you will get tired after about the 25th blessing, and you haven't touched the tip of the iceberg. Say prayers of thanksgiving for all your blessings each and every day.
Good morning Sunday. What have you planned for today? Family fun? Catching up on the outdoors? It's warm and sunny. Enjoy this glorious day.

Very nice sunrise.  Lots to do, but need to take time to enjoy the day.  Give your smile to someone and they may give it back.

Gracie There is nothing like a puppy to give you a different perspective of life.  To them every thing is new. Every thing is an adventure.  They try new foods, and materials to chew.  They run, and romp, and play until they drop. Sunsets Capture My Fascination

This sunset photo was taken in the middle of July.  The orange glow was awesome. I actually took a long way home (about 7 miles extra) in hopes to capture a good shot. I think this is a fairly good rendition of that gorgeous sunset.  I also love sunrise, but most times I either don't get up early enough, or have other things on my schedule and cannot take time to photograph many sunrises.  Maybe when I "retire" I will do that.     I have always been fascinated by sunset and the quickly changing colors and cloud formations. While visiting other states it seems like they have prettier sunsets, but this past year we in Missouri have had some awesome sunset views.  I wish I lived on a river or lake, and could get reflected colors.  Occasionally I will be at a park with a lake, then if I am lucky, it'll be a colorful sky.    I actually can feel the adrenaline pumping when I glimpse a beautiful array of setting sun color. It se...
